I have just recently been introduced to Laura Marie's music, and have found myself almost captivated by the music, the lyrics and everything I read. As I sit here, I find myself almost at a loss for words. I want to convey just how real you/she comes across from interviews and her writing in blogs. That real person comes out in the music. When I say real, I mean any body can sing a song, but it is a rare quality for someone to bring out the emotion and life of the lyrics.
The best part, when I first heard your/her music, and I reached out via social media, there was no hesitation in responding, no aloofness that often comes even from new artists and a friendliness that was completely real. I look forward on a personal level to hearing more of your music as time moves on, and maybe one day seeing a live performance. Cheers
